ClientSphere.

A thoughtful approach to your data.

ClientSphere brings your projects, client communications, and shared work into one private workspace. This page explains how your information is handled.

What we store

When you register, we store your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and the workspace records you create. Sessions use first-party cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data.

Where your data lives

The interface and API proxy run on Cloudflare, the application API runs on Render, and workspace data is stored in PostgreSQL on Neon. Document links open on their external providers, whose sharing permissions and privacy policies also apply.

Exploring a sample workspace

When you explore ClientSphere without an account, you receive a private sample workspace. It is eligible for removal after two days. Use it to explore workflows, and keep confidential information in your registered workspace.

Your account

Registered workspaces persist. Organization owners control team access and the project assignments that determine what clients can see. Self-service password reset and account deletion are not currently available.

Cookies

cs_session is an HttpOnly authentication cookie. cs_csrf protects changes against cross-site requests. Both expire after seven days for registered accounts and one day for sample workspaces. Signing out removes them.
